OUR FEES from 1st November 2026
New Patient Consultation Appointment Fee: £55 with Podiatrist/Chiropodist or £48 with Foot Health Practitioner and this includes any treatment which can be achieved within your appointment time.
Routine Follow-up Foot Care Appointment Fee: £45 with Podiatrist/Chiropodist or £40 with Foot Health Practitioner.
Toe Nails Cut Only Appointment Fee: £38 with Podiatrist/Chiropodist or £35 with Foot Health Practitioner.
Finger Nail Cutting Fee: £10 additional charge on top of the follow-up appointment fee or new patient consultation fee.
Evening (after 5pm) & Saturday Appointment Surcharge: £2 - Evening appointments are available on Tuesdays at the Woolston clinic and on Thursdays at the Bitterne clinic. Saturday appointments are available at both clinics every four weeks.
Ingrowing Toe Nail Removal Fee (Minor Surgical Procedure): £395 for complete nail removal or partial nail removal on one toe & includes 2 follow-up appointments. £750 if surgery is required on two toes. If surgery is needed on more than two toes then please call for price. £100 deposit is needed to book a nail surgery appointment (refundable only if appointment cancelled with minimum of 24hrs notice).
MSK (musculoskeletal) Biomechanics Appointment Fee: £120 New patient consultation & £70 additional follow-up appointments thereafter. Prices of insoles & orthotics vary greatly depending on your specific condition, activity level & the materials from which the orthotics are constructed from - for example the most basic insole starts at £20 leading to £350+ for custom fitted bespoke orthotics.
Home Visit Fee: New patient £60
Home Visit Follow-up Appointment Fee: £55
Home Visit Follow-up Appointment Fee (couples rate): £50
Home Visit Finger Nail Cutting Fee: £10 additional fee on top of the home visit fee
